Sloppiness in Politics

   I understand that Presidents and polictians are human and are prone to mistakes just like the rest of us but it is a bit alarming when your president addresses the leader of Australia as a president instead of a prime minster (his proper/actual position) or former White House Press Secretary, Sean Spicer, stating that it was an American vessel instead of a Saudi vessel.
   Like I mentioned in one of the comments, one of the things I admire about Trump is his honesty and bluntness but I do believe that when you hold the highest, most important position in our country, there is a level of professionalism you need to maintain. I think when you hold a position in politics, everything you decide to put on social media or say during a press confrence should screened, checked, filtered, and edited beforehand. There should be little room for error. This cannot be stressed more upon our current president of the United States who controls and is active on his personal social media account. One thing I didn't know that was brought up in class was all tweets, posts, etc is public documentation which means that the President by law cannot delete any of his posts once they are uploaded which is a crucial component.
